Jane Palmer of My Space Counselling, professional therapist & counsellor for children & young people

I offer a hybrid approach combining online, telephone and/or face to face (My Space Counselling has locations in Truro and Falmouth). The choice is yours.

Sessions can be fortnightly, monthly, weekly or varied.  I aim to be as flexible as possible with appointments and times.

Some people have sessions for a term, a year or for longer, the choice is yours.

My Space Counselling offers just that, a space that is non-judgemental and safe.

Getting Started

Just call or email me to set up an initial session, if I am working then simply leave a message with your name and contact... I WILL get back to you as soon as I can. I appreciate the strength that it has taken to make the call and therefore I want to make your initial contact simple. During our first session we will talk about what you want to get out of counselling; if they're happy to continue we will set up a second session, and arrange to meet weekly/fortnightly or monthly.

If you find initial contact difficult then please feel free to email and state if you prefer a call back or email.
